Retributor beam lasers: Any good?

Hi. I decided to sign up to Mahon today. Nothing to do with modules influenced this decision. I just like the Alliance.

Still, I'm in this for the long run so I might as well ask.

Are the retributor beam lasers any good, or should I give them a miss?

Sounds like they're not worth it then. No worries. I genuinely knew nothing about them.
