Return some of the materials invested on a upgrade once "remove modification" is clicked

Please, allow us to receive back some of the materials invested on engineering upgrades back once we remove modification on a module.

This would help players getting rid of old and obsolete modules without suffering a huge loss on materials.

They could tie it to the "Remove Modification" tab in outfitting? I mean the tab is there, but for what other purpose would anyone ever want to remove modifications unless one could actually receive some of the back. Considering all the work one has to do to obtain them, and the number of them needed to go from a 1st to 5 rating. It should be a simple matter to return at least 50%.
