Return to Jurassic Park PS4 locked

Hello,

We need a little help please on how to get to Return to Jurassic Park Extension. I've purchased the game for my kid, Jurassic World Evolution, and after asking me about the the birds, the Aviary, I purchased today Return to Jurassic Park. Under Campaign it is still locked. We are not offered to download anything. Now I am not sure if I purchased the correct extension, but that is the only one in the Store. I am not familiar with the game that much but the kid only wants the birds and to be able to build Aviary.

Anyone please to tell us what is going on with this Expansion Pack. I took a picture from the Store where the pack is purchased but still nothing in the game. Does the campaign needs to be unlocked after all.

Looks like i will have to ask for a refund from PlayStation Store.
