Will the Return to Jurassic Park DLC be available for console players at some point?

Return to Jurassic Park is set to release on the 10th of December for PC, XBOX, and PS4.
It's just I stopped playing because it just got too blah. I actually started thinking about completely starting fresh with every island. Just to see if it will spark my interest again.
