The Krait Mk II is ok, but really pretty similar to the Python. The Mamba is actually surprisingly fun to fly, but almost completely useless otherwise.

Python was king of BGS work. IDK about now, but that's more because the BGS is asploed, not the Python. Carries viable guns and stuffs at the same time, and lands anywhere. A BGS workhorse.

That said, I put my Python's Engi guts into the K2 and they never went back. It's my main ship because I really enjoy its flight profile, though the Python has come back for a stint as a very capable multi-method mining rig.
