Returning kick starter player

Hi all

I haven't played elite dangerous since early on when it went live. I paid for the Cobra Mark 3 upgrade during kick starter but never really had time for the game. I would like to get back into it but cannot find any way to login, I used to be able to login to the game from the frontier website, do I have to buy another copy through steam?

You should be able to access your Frontier account here: https://www.frontierstore.net/customer/account/login/

Once logged in, go to "My Downloadable Products" where a download link for the launcher can be found. Install the launcher, log in and then install the game: https://www.frontierstore.net/downloadable/customer/products/

I was a beta player that only started playing again around last Xmas.
I had a mess around trying to get logged on after 4/5 years...
I did not need a new account.

I cannot remember all that I did to finally sort it out...
Though I did, so keep going.

What I can remember was, that at one point, I thought I had to use Steam.
Don't bother with Steam.

You need to go through the Frontier website.
Then what was key, if I remember rightly?
It was somehow getting the Frontier/elite dangerous launcher program to download, & setup...
Once I had that it was straightforward.
But it was a pain to work out...

Unfortunately since the kick starter I have had two reinstalls of Windows and so do not have the original kick starter email.

I am attaching a screenshot of my screen so that you can see what I got in the way of downloads on the front of your website. Please can you tell me which one I need to download in order to play elite dangerous.

Welcome back Commander!

Please download 'Elite Dangerous Aplha Demo'. Select Run, this will install the Elite Dangerous Launcher. Log in to the launcher using the same credentials you used for the store and select 'Elite Dangerous Horizons' next to the blue button in the bottom left. Next click on the blue button to install the game.
