Hi there, I don't want to give my life story away here, but I feel a bit of context will explain what im looking for. Some times real life happens in a bad way, and leaving the home may just become a difficult logistical challenge to the point it doesn't really happen. Exploration in games can be the best way for one to actually live a life beyond the walls when leaving the walls can not happen. The problem is, exploration can become lonely in game. Some people are amazing science brains, others are "in it for the gram" and love sharing amazing pictures. What I seek is a group of mature players (I am 37) that mix it up with VoIP and discord, as well as sharing a passion for exploring the near and far reaches of the galaxy.
I have flicked through a few pages on here, and have yet to really find something that has the level of group interactivity I would like to find. I appreciate that a player leaving a "come get me" post can be a little looked down upon, but I figured if i vaguely explain the situation I am in and how my social life would be integral to my ED experience, I might have a little more luck.
Explorationcentric groups are the big big desire here, I notice some catch all groups exist, but in my old days of ED i noticed that exploration often fell by the wayside in these groups. I will be returning to the game, and this will be the first time I engage in the game since my day to day world unfortunately became very very small, so I really look forward to you if you have a home for me and sharing experiences of exploring the galaxy.
