Returning player, my ships have gone

Hi

Sorry if this is has already been resolved, I looked but couldn't see any answers! I haven't played ED since I transferred my account from Playstation to Steam a long time ago. I fired ED up once on my Steam Deck to make sure it transferred but didn't play anymore. I'm now going back to ED after a long break and while my progress has all transferred over none of my old ships have despite Frontier saying they would when they allowed the transfers. Is this a bug or were ships never going to be transferred?
