If you bought it direct from FD, log in to the store with the email address you used when you bought the game. Click on My Account (top right) and chose My Downloadable Products. It should be listed as Elite Dangerous - PC.
If you bought it through Steam it should still be in your library.

Yup - mine says premium beta - that's the one. Unless you really want to play the original.
You'll need that if you want to claim quintuple elite

It was a joke about getting to Elite rank in everything, including the original game. You do not need 1984 Elite. Unless you want to play it of course.
You might not need to - some Beta's came with all expansions.

You will find a lot has changed in since you last played. There are new tutorials you can access form in the game. They are well worth doing. Anything you get stuck on you can ask about here.
I would suggest playing the base game first to see if it is worth buying Horizons before doing so.
Only Premium Beta came with the LEP. If Dram has the standard Beta (which it looks like) then Horizons will have to be bought separately.

Well, easy enough to tell - if the launcher offers you Horizons ... then you probably have it
Otherwise the above advice about trying the base game is good.
