Newcomer / Intro Returning user through EPIC, stuck on Logging In screen

Hi all, I bought the game when it came out, played for a bit. After seeing it today on Epic, I installed it throught there, clicked to link my existing account and it accepted it but when I come to try and play the game, I get the logging in screen with the spinning wheel and it just sits there forever. I end up having to "end task" to get rid of it, but it doesn't log me in at all.
Update: It went in, eventually

I'm having similar issues, bought if for free with Epic and $10 with steam, already own it on PS4, spent a lot on this game, but cant currently play it.
