I would say IGN is being a little more honest as well. It is a review in progress.

There are a couple of errors/misunderstandings and (IIRC) he mentions the 'last shot gets the bounty' issue (that is now 'fixed') but in general it's quite a surprise, as in I didn't expect this level of professionalism (and knowledge) from IGN
