Reward animals all gone?

I haven't played for a while, but I logged into franchise mode to work on a zoo today and went to look at my list of reward animals. It was empty, even though there were a number there I hadn't used last time I logged on. Is this intentional. Do they take them away now if you haven't used them after a certain time? I don't bring reward animals into my trade center until I am ready to use them, since I don't want to fill it up. This was never an issue in the past.

Is this a bug or feature?

That sounds like a bug, sorry that has happened! Contact Frontier support and hopefully they can help you

There was a happy ending. I logged in again, and after a delay, the reward animals were back! Since then they've disappeared a couple of times, but like Urufu and Pentoleaf noted, it seems to be some kind of lag/loading issue. I have been getting a lot of server disconnects during play lately, which is frustrating (I have a newer, faster computer, and my internet connection is always fine when this happens, and yes, the game is allowed by my firewall). Maybe this is related?

Don't know what it is about. I've had that Problem two Days ago but not anymore since then. Maybe the Server works similar to how Steam Downloads work with those more local Servers that connect to the big one or however that works. At least I think it might depend on from where you access the Game. Maybe it might help to change your Location in a VPN while playing 🤔

I'm getting constant server disconnects when trying to play today. In the past I've gotten them every once in a while and then if I just wait a minute or so the game connects again and I can keep playing. Today I'm getting disconnected from the franchise server every few minutes and it does not pick back up, instead I have to exit to the main menu and reload my zoo every time. Makes it pretty difficult to play...
