Reward for getting others to join

I am not sure if this has been mentioned but do players get any rewards for getting others to join ED like they do in some other MMO`s as I have done this before and missed out as I didn't know so making sure this time before I encourage Friends/Family to join in.

There was supposed to be an affiliate program, which you applied via email.

But I have yet to hear anything about it... even put in a ticket about it, with no reply.

something like eve online, well at the moment theres no monthly fees theres jus the initial cost. A discount of 5-10% if youre email is entered on someone elses purchase

That's the thing isn't it, well maybe some paint jobs or special paint jobs just for people who get others to join, something along those lines, or maybe a special Mount
