That's because the scars are specific to her as an individual. If you hatched out 5 T. rex with old scars in the exact same spots, it would be rather immersion-breaking. This is why I'm happy that they seem to have removed the scar on the Echo look-alike skin.

I think that movie skin with scars they should not remove the scar BC it mean to bé movie accurate. That not immersion breaking BC you Can release one and when shé dies redoing one t BC people that are fan of franchise will make Park with movie skins that m'y opinion

Put it this way, imagine you looked down on your park and saw 4 people that looked exactly like Jeff Goldblum or Claire Dearing. It would bring you out of the experience, would it not? The same applies here because Rexy is an individual character who just also happens to be a dinosaur. Her scars identify her as an individual specifically.

I'd also rather not impose myself to have my immersion in-tact. Kind of goes against the idea of freedom that zoo sims regularly have as a pillar.
