Rift CV1 best settings - GTX 1080 / i7 4600

Can someone post all the major GFX settings that work flawlessly and make the best gfx/fps experience possible?

I hit the optimize button on the NVidia tool and it set (of course, D'Oh!) everything on max. I get a lot of stutters now.
