Since you have made the point that it is purporting to be a video, it might also be appropriate to pint out it is purporting to be IS.
There are literally thousands of angry, armed people in a huge region, armed and with no government, thanks largely to the destruction brought by our governments a few years ago, followed by the encouragement from our governments to local rebels there, to over throw their governments with promises of help.
