RIP

It seemed a straightforward job. Sirius Corp. wanted me to scan a malfunctioning data point, planetside. No biggie, not even flagged as illegal. Get there, turns out the place is in a no-trespass zone, guarded by wanted defense turrets...owed by Sirius Corp. 'What could go wrong?' I think. Did the scan, got a 500 cr trespass bounty, which brought down Sirius Corp. authority vessels. No way I was getting out of there in one piece...

At least I'd gotten a few bodies tagged while out exploring.

Making an honest living in Elite: Dangerous is...challenging. And here I was being all hopeful that I'd actually survive a while longer. I'd just made Pathfinder in Exploration, too!

Time for another wipe. [blah]

Wasn't thinking too much of it until the reveal at the end that you were playing ironman. Tough break, it would be nice if some missions would be a bit clearer about what they actually involved.

I would rather slit my own throat with a rusty butter knife than play ironman. OP, I don't know whether to respect you...or call the straight jacket squad:)

And I don't just do regular wipe-on-death iron-man, no. I had to decide to play a clean-nosed pilot who has a spotless record. No fines, no bounties, no kills... (I still don't know what those two zero-credit fines I had were for.)

Also, I was only dealing with Sirius Corp. to get access to Marco Qwent. Pfft.
