I’ve been marathoning the whole saga getting ready! Man the prequels are REALLY bad...got through them though. I’m very excited to see how it all wraps up! Going into media blackout until I can see it
The prequels blow the new trilogy out of the water...and that's not because they're so good.

Nah, you watch them back to back. They are terrible. The new ones are better. I forgot how bad Lucas is at directing

I was going to pass on it before but this and other reviews that are trickling in confirm my suspicions.
I`m in the same camp - I prefer the Prequels much more over the new Disney saga. Actually I watched all of them in two sittings few days ago and was surprise how fun they were. Sure, there are glaring issues and "NOOOOO" scenes but still head and shoulders above the new movies.
This star wars was good despite him. Howard the Duck is pure undiluted Lucas.

I really loved those movies when they were new. But rewatching them, ep2 Anakin is a pouty whiny teenager. Ep 3 hes an angry violent adult. In both movies hes like me, me ,me . It makes it hard to accept him as the great jedi knight obiwan described him as. If not for the clone wars cartoon this would have appeared to be an out right lie. Still love them but i understand why some people dont.
Ill forever boycott anything made by Rian Johnson. Guy cant even spell his name right smh
