I'm kind of with Becks here. I know a little Latin and a moderate amount of Spanish, but no Italian. 
Though I do not speak Italian, I am onboard with the "pervertito" comment on the picture!

I'll translate this for you, even if i'm not so proud doing that. In our country English is not yet speaked as a second language and this is a huge problem.
Anyway, the long text on the left page says:

Information about subject are few and confusing.
Born on _____ raised since 18 years old on Earth, can be considered one of the few lucky persons not been victim of the great exodus happened in year ____ , where lot of terrestrians were sent on colonies around the populated area. Why he wasn't included in the program "EXODUS" still remains unknown.
Once in his full age, he signed in the Federation Navy discovering his great pilot and fighter skills. We don't know why he later left Sol, if by the order of the Federation or by his own decision.
His time since 3301 is unknown, but he's believed to have spent those years accumulating riches as a trader and slaver around the galaxy.
In 3301 he enters the DaVinci Corp by the occupation of fighter, and contributes significantly to the corp expansion. Thanks to his merits he soon gets promoted to the grade of Lieutenant and officaly enters the A.C.I. Division.
In 3302 he visits the Royal Palace on Cubeo, property of princess Aisling Duval, as the Ambassador's personal escort.
That experience will disturb him deeply. Some of our spies tells that during his return he sexually abused all the female slaves in his cargohold, and forced all of them to wear a blue wig.
Some states that he's gone mad, others that he's a great strategist and his actions are led by a Superior mind.
