Risk and Reward.

Can't help feeling the game needs to reflect this better so here's a few things I'd like to see.

Lawless systems. No SA ships and you can attack and pirate with impunity. These systems could also be a magnet for those looking for PvP. Black market prices would be low due to the abundance of ill gotten gains. Conversely regular market prices would be high for any traders brave enough to make the run.

High security systems should have higher black market prices. The penalties for piracy and other law breaking should be much higher. Not really up for a bit of PvP or want a good price for your contraband? Then these are the places for you.

Anything else anyone can think of?

Would be nice to have International Space... meaning there is no law.

Hmm...

These are the 'rules' for killing in International Waters.

1. If you're on a ship or boat, it would be under the laws of the nation in which the boat or ship is registered.

2. If you're on an island that isn't claimed by any nation, you can be prosecuted by the country of whom the murder victim was a national.

3. If the country of whom the murder victim was a national does not prosecute, the country where you're a national can prosecute you.
