Need some help unlocking robigo cartel. All their missions require cordial rank or higher. I can't bounty hunt cause it's an anarchy system. I can't sell them nav data cause they don't control the station. I have killed 30 CDE ships or so at a high rez site, decreased my standing with CDE significantly from 60% of the way to allied down to cordial yet these guys are still neutral towards me..... I suck at combat so maybe they unlock faster if I kill more valuable ships? I have been targeting sidewinders type 6 diamondback explorers and so on. Do I have to kill a certain value in enemy ships? or just a certain amount of ships?
