Robigo recompensation?

Have you been recompensated for a bug happening during Robigo? Not including ship loss

Was wondering how many people have gotten recompensated during a Robigo run where there was a bug where you for example got instantly scanned or scanned while docked?

Edit: Prefferably vote if you have contacted support at all.

While I imagine somebody might have tried to ticket it, (There are people IRL who've called the Police because someone stole their stash) I can't see them getting far with it. Apart from anything else an insta-scan doesn't lose you anything, it simply means you fail to earn something.

ROLF
Recompensated? For failing on smuggling? :D [squeeeee]
You haven't lost anything in the first place. You just didn't earn money!

I've been insta-dicted at impossible angles many times, but only insta-scanned once. Not worth a ticket though. Just shrug and start over.

Good point. In my experience Support have been very helpful, though I don't know if they'd draw the line at paying someone for earnings not earned. Particularly if it's a dubious activity (smuggling) as opposed to a legitimate trade mission.

Made that point plenty of times. Just wondering because I bet they still compensated somebody but I might be wrong.

Then I demand recompensation for their recompensation that might have, or might have not caused me a mental harm!

Are you actually serious, lol, what is the world coming too?!?!?!?!?!?!

I feel sorry for the poor guys and girls at FD support that have to waste their time with these kind of reports/claims!!!

+1. I've been insta-scanned twice and insta-dicted numerous times. It never crossed my mind to open a ticket. Even after being mentioned, the thought keeps getting rejected by my immune system.

Not me. I just want money. :)

Relevant to this topic: never lost a long range shadow delivery mission. All of them carried out in Open. That's how easy they seem to me, if you just follow the recipe. On the flipside, my statistic is not representative: I've only done a dozen of runs or so, and I've never been insta-scanned.

Didn't vote 'cause I didn't contact support.

But I don't understand all of the mewling in this thread? Isn't smuggling an intended aspect of the game? How is that any different from trading, bounty hunting, mining, etc... when a bug is involved?

Yes, but in trade you're transporting a cargo that you've already bought, you haven't used any logging exploit to get it in your hold and are compensated for that loss if a bug occurs, in smuggling you've not spend any money, just time while mission logging.
