Robigo

Is there an advantage? Just askin' 'cause I never have a problem filling the Eco's.

Well, up to half of the available sightseeing missions to Sothi were business with the odd first class / luxury requirement. So yea, it helped a lot and it was easier to fill up the cabins
Or at least that was my experience between 5th and 11th of september when i did a lot of Robigo Mines runs

Thx, I'll give it a try.

You should swap the 5E cabins in size 6 slots with 6D Business - you will still be able do reach Sothis in 2 jumps.
(Almost) All the cabins are available in nearby Ceos @Babbage Gateway

I'm running this build - engineering looks that bad only because i did the makeover in that remote place. It used to have a prismatic shield and shield boosters.
Eventually i will drag it to Marco or Hera Tani and change the PP for a Low Emissions one. Not sure that is worth it tho, given the nerfed status of Robigo Mines runs.
This is the build I'm using now, I've not yet had any engineering done as I had while I played on consoles. Thus this build envolves doing the loop in three jumps one way vs two if the FSD is grade five engineered. https://coriolis.edcd.io/outfit/pyt...oBhBmA2EoFMCGBzANokMK4fiIA==&bn=My Robirunner

As I've stated, I'm new on PC but not ED. I've got two years experience at building and loading out and engineering ships. And have made several trips to Robigo in the past. For what ever reason, since playing on the PC for the last 10 days, five of which I've been in Robigo. Unlike my previous ventures here where as I would average an excess of 100 mill per hour. This time doing the math, I'm only able to average 25 mill an hour.

Knowing how good it can be and usually is, doing only my current average, makes me wonder, what. 25 mill an hour, is normally great. However, when it comes to doing Robigo, it's deplorable. My current Federation rant at exploring is Pioneer 40%. Doing the math, one receives one percent increase for every 15 mill. At my age and having to take numerous breaks, I'm only able to do three trip per hour. At 25 mill an hour. I'll have to make 900,000,000 before making it to Elite. At 25 mill any hour, that's 36 hours of actual play time in addition to the 24 hours of actual play time that I've already invested here.

As I've stated, the state of a system use to matter thus I'm wondering if officially it still does and if so, what state does Robigo generally have to be in, when it's good as usually vs bad as it is now. Tis ironic, but in addition to the totals being low. Interdiction are extremely numerous. During all my trips in the past on consoles, I can attest that I've been interdicted less than a handful of time. Yesterday as well as the days prior, I'm interdicted an average of at least once per trip and on occasion twice.

I know what you mean.
Back in January i could stay in Robigo for 10 hour straight doing runs and i used to average about 90-100 millions per hour. That was back then.
Now it seems to be badly nerfed and it does not seem to be related to state.
Missions are refreshing very slowly, they pay less and high payment missions pop rarely than before. In one week i haven't seen any 5.5 millions mission. They used to pop quite often before. (mission value could be related to faction state tho)
I can do like 70-80 millions for the first hour, but after that the average drops alot because lack of missions.

Been there yesterday...
High paying First class missions are showing up instead of just business which means they have Nerfed it... Likely when the single mission server was added and removed the board flipping
Never needed First class cabins before to get high paying missions, business cabin was enough...
First class can be required now...

Just checked and there is only one of the three offering 1st class missions and there was only one which was to Sirius. But it was a 5+ million trip. Not enough to warrant reconfiguration of my ship for one mission.

Depends How many there will be each trip and how much your going to lose per run by not taking it, times by the number of runs per hour...

Others need to beware of this before they start the runs... VIPs will not share cabins so it will depend on how many millions they will lose by not having a First class cabin over the single Business cabin mission price...
