Release Roccat Grid with ingame graphics OK?

Dont know if right thread, but here it goes
Im making a custom landscape mode grid for Elite but im using some cut and paste graphics from the game to represent chaff, heatsinks and some others.
should i delete my facebook , lawyer up and hit the gym or is that ok with Frontier ?
i dont think i can make money off the Roccat shop anyway

I know you can't charge anything. An app just got pulled from the Play store due to that. Outside of that, I don't know. But, I'd love to have a copy if it is legal.

I'll think about it and post back. I have an ED preset I downloaded from somewhere. If I can find it I'll link to it as well. Yes, someone has one release already. I just don't remember what the tile pictures are at the moment.
