Roccat Power-Grid help please

As of yesterday my Power-Grid has stopped working and I don't know why.
When I click connect on the app it just says 'Unfortunately Power-Grid has stopped'. I have tried on my tablet and my phone with the same results. It was working ok a couple of days ago.
I have tried re-installing the app and the PC software.
The tablet and the PC are on the same network.
I have tried switching off the firewall and antivirus as well to rule them out.
Any other ideas please?
 
That would be really difficult to troubleshoot, but did you make any changes recently that could be causing an error? Maybe try it with a very simple form, with a single button or so.
