Rocks in air?

Hello all,
I'm trying expanded sandbox for NW challenge. I can't remove rocks or rocks are in air. What do I do? I used that mod in Nexus.

Frontier doesn't support mods, so I don't think you should ask them to solve this kind of problems, lol. anyway, from what I saw from YouTube's videos, there's nothing you can do to remove some type of rocks and/or scenery objects that are not within the original boundaries.
