I had the same thing happen to "Louis N Clarke" - He'd built up a lot of Fed rep while working toward Kingship ("I didn't vote for you"), but hadn't been running any Fed ranking missions. I then started so I could grab the magic 3 - zoomed up to Post Captain and it was like hitting a brick wall. I'm now creeping up a % here or there. Maybe by Memorial Day
