Well, again we hope soon to arrive Wings will improve on interaction. They said comms will be improved for that as well as being able to group up. Personally i havent had any issues with comms, but i might been lucky.

Cheers for the list Mossfot. Having played in the mil sim community for many years (decade(s) lol)) lingo and abbrevation have always been a part of it. Im a bounty hunter mostly though so we might have to work out some cool list ourselves. :)

Actually I've been adapting one from the Star Wars RPG that should work nicely. Will post tomorrow in a new thread.

I have a problem with;

Dragonfly - A ship with no power/thrusters/fuel. Dead in space.

Reason: Dragonflies are the most veracious predators (for their size) and phenomenally maneuverable in flight. Now if this name was given to a fully pimped fighter, I'd understand.

and have you looked at this thread yet?

Yep, I have that linked at the top with the other links (and credit given where due :) ).

Dragonfly is old school trucker lingo for a truck without power. As in "Drag up hill, fly down hill". While I could change it, and I do get your idea about dragonflies being vicious predators, there is something to be said about the longevity of certain terms that long outdate their origins.

If you have a better term to substitute it with, maybe I can rename dragonfly as nimble fighter (as in a tucker being swarmed by dragonflies)

Added "Oh-Seven" as a method of signing off, because it is used by space station traffic control from time to time.
