rollbacks on launch coasters and changing lift hill/launch speeds

each coaster that uses launches like zenith should have a rollback probability option. There should be a feature in the operations tab where you can decide how often rollbacks happen. there should also be anti rollback brakes on the launch so if it rolls back it slows down and launches again instead of suddenly coming to a stop. there should also be a feature where you can change the speed of lift hills and launches on all coasters without having to retest it
