After checking out the new beta for RCTW I really do hope that Frontier is paying close attention to all of the feedback from the community and learning from missteps taken by other devs...and unlike RCTW please do not rush to beta...
 
this was a alpha not beta. I don't list crashes and mousbutton issues. The gameplay by building coaster itself isn't ready.
The nodes deleting seems impossible after set.

Omg there are a lot of issues in the gameplay that has to be done long ago they started beta.

Don't they test and ask themselves. Why these things not really to handle.

And the grid system. The biggest issue! I could not build a straight path in the middle of the entrance. The grid don't centers between object to understand what we are wanting.

I tried to snap the middle of a path.No!
Building objects parallel at the path.No!
Pathes fixed to three sizes. No variety!


Frontier is there a possibility to visit you guys like open Sunday's for looking over shoulders? If Atari would just let me look 1 hour before they starting beta I would point all thes stuff. And all guys were happy because someone who understands take care of it!
 
My biggest issue was not the straight paths (I did manage it eventually ONCE) it was that it was hard to line things up and the end of the tracks followed the mouse pointer so when you moved out to check if you had lined things up correctly (for example along the edge of a path) it all moved about. I like a lot of the freedom in the builder but that has given its own set of problems. I would like to see the option in planet coaster to build tracks like RCT3 but some free-form tools - I am not sure how the devs would manage that but that would be ideal.
