LostWinds rookie is stuck

I am well into the game. (Lost City of melodias) I am at the flowing view where I drop the "fruit" on a pressure plate to open a door. I do that - the door opens and I am supposed to move the flame to the right and light a torch for use later. I can't move the flame as it always stop short of the torch. I have the door open when I try it.

Hello papster,

Are you using Gust or Slipstream to try and light the flame? By using Slipstream you can carry elements further (in this instance, the flame) than you can with Gust.
