Newcomer / Intro Rosy Dwarf Tourist ** HELP **

1) Have you by any chance taken a mission with more than one destination. I.e., when you go to the transactions tab in your left-hand page, do you see your passenger asking to be returned to your source station or go to some other sight?
2) What did the message update say? (The one from the passenger, not the one you received about the beacon.)

First: Thanks everyone for their replies and suggestions.
The mission is the first one offered to try tourist thing. Had to get me a cabin in my little Sidewinder... and drop the SRV hold.
Sequence of events:
1) Get mission in Azeban City.
2) Navigate to Rosy Dwarf (just one jump away).
3) Come out of cruise, target Rosy Dwarf beacon. Scan is good.
4) Passenger ask for 2 units of clothing, I give it to them.
5) Message says to point my ship straight, looking at the beacon. I do.
6) After about 10 minutes, nothing else has happened.
7) Mission says that passengers are very satisfied and happy.
8) So I return back to Azeban and mission is not completed.
I am missing something... have no idea what it is!

Arry probably has it, not much space in a sidewinder, so I bet you have no cargo space. If you had invited the screenshot as asked we might know. Nothing in passenger missions makes you wait 10 minutes, so it's likely you did something wrong there.
Hi, did you get the message asking you to return to Azeban City? This only happens once you are close to the actual tourist beacon and have scanned it.
If you were successful you may not have enough cargo space for your reward as Arry said because sometimes it can be 4t of something. Just remove an optional module from a size 2 slot in Outfitting at Azeban City. I think the default cargo module in that slot is 2t but you can swap it for 4t.
Once you have 4t available, hopefully you will find you can now click the mission in the passenger screen to complete and collect your rewards. A similar thing happens with data and materials rewards, if you are at their limits (500 & 1000) you can't complete missions that give them as rewards until you clear some from you inventory.

Yep. They NEVER pay enough to make detours or whatever worthwhile. Nor does it seem to make much (if any) difference to the payouts if you decline. This may change if/when the Karma system rolls out.Great. Hope you did it in time.
