Rotate Bug

Yeah um, I can't rotate anything. Also, it seems I can't select an other object without it automatically being on the 'Rotation Tool'
Thread may be removed due to people thinking I am looking for help. I am here to report this bug.

Anyone else getting this issue? It's quite annoying. Also, 'Z' doesn't work. It won't rotate.
