Rotating objects change

I noticed something odd today in my zoo when placing objects (both buildings and other things like stones). Before today, rotating objects was smooth and you could make very fine adjustements to make them fit nicely with other objects or paths. But today, when i try and rotate an object, I get like a clock with a little arrow and dots around the circle and I can only adjust it to one of the small dots, wich means it's almost impossible to make good adjustements! I can't make the paths up to buildings straight because the dots don't align with the road and when building a cave I can't make it look good because I can't make fine adjustements to the placing of the rocks. This is extremly frustrating and takes away alot of the fun in making cool scenery, buildings and habitats :(

Is this a "new feature" or a bug? did anyone else experience this? If it is intended, please please remove it and revert it back to how it was. It's absolutly horrible the way it is now :(

Here is an image of the annoying damn dots that are destroying my fun :(

i believe if you turn off the grid in the menu to the right when placing the building, it goes away.
that is an optional way of placing things

I found it! It turned out that it was the "angle snap" thing. I had accidently keybinded that to the same keybind I had for pausing the game (blankspace). A simple keybind change fixed the problem :D Ty so much!
