Route Unavailable to Raw Materials System

I'm at Outotz TW-P c20-0 and need to get to HIP 36601.
I'm almost there, but that last part is a 3D maze.
I've tried route plotters at
https://spansh.co.uk/plotter and https://www.edsm.net/en/map/planner but they just seems to ignore my max jump range.

might try pumping a little fsd booster into the engine here and there. sometimes all it needs is to bridge one gap, which you can do with the synthesised injection...

Unfortunately I have no materials for a FSD booster.

I give up. 45LY from my destination, but I just can't get there. I'll fly back and will try to get the materials to buy a pre-engineered FSD. I just saw a DTEA video about it when I was searching how to do FSD boosting.
At least I have exploration data I can bring home to sell.
