Route updating when using fsd boost.

Hey all, it's been a while since I played and I am just getting back into the swing of things. I left my ship out in the black and when I fired things up though I would muck about with the neutron boost.

The question is: is there a way for my route to update my next jump to a longer boost enhanced jump without me having to set a new one. If I encounter a boost mid way through a route I have had to cancel it and set up a single long jump, perform the single jump and then reset my original route.

Am I doing something daft or is that how it is supposed to work?

:)

that's it how it is supposed to work.

take neutron boost = plot manually.

of course, a supercharged jump for a plotted route works, too - you'l use less fuel, that's all.

It does not replot unfortunately. The easiest way I know is this one:

1. Supercharge.
2. Find a suitable jump destination on the galaxy map. Do not replot. Simply select the destination.
3. Jump to your destination.
4. Open the galaxy map and the route will be replotted automatically. No further replotting necessary.

The important part is to select the supercharge destination but not plot a route to it, in order to keep your existing destination. Hope this helps.
