Rudder pedals?

Hello there.

I got the Saitek X-52 pro.

I was thinking about getting some rudder pedals. But thinking about that, I can't figure on what to actually bind to the pedals. (I got the yaw in the joystick twist, so what else would make sense?)

Any ideas?

Haven't got a twist Joystick. I use the HOTAS Cougar from my flight sim days. I use the Saitek Pro flight Rudders for yaw.
Cant see any other reasons for it.
Maybe left and right translation but you probably got that mapped to a POV button on your stick.

I've got Saitek Combat Rudder pedals. I use them for yaw and the toe brakes for reverse and forward thrust. This allows me to remap the flight assist button to the D button on my throttle allowing for quick toggles during combat.

Use the right/left toe brakes for forward/reverse thrusters, similar to a car throttle and brake.

For the pedal twist, you can assign roll or yaw to it.

I don't have a pedal yet, but this is what I read and come across from others who play or livestream on twitch.tv

Left pedal: Reverese (hold)
Right pedal: Boost
Yaw: Have it mapped to twist, but have been thinking about moving it to the pedals now that I have the thing mounted properly

If you have a twisty stick, the tendency for most people is to introduce unwanted yaw just by moving the stick around while flying. If you get pedals, you can map the yaw to them and you won't get unwanted yaw from your stick.
