Running 2 CMDRs via Steam. Which one will get Odyssey?

I currently have 2 commander accounts and always run the game via Steam. I purchased the Odyssey alpha access pre-order via Steam.

I've checked both my accounts on frontier.co.uk and the purchase doesn't show up in either. How do I know which one will get the DLC access?

Should be whichever one is directly associated with your Steam account - most likely your first one.

Considering you haven't yet downloaded/used it, raise a support call to FDev and see if you can change it. Or refund it on Steam and buy it directly from the FDev store.

Of course that means you likely won't be able to play the Alpha on day 1 until that gets sorted out.

cancel the pre-order via steam who have taken your cash not frontier.. the process should be a lot simpler

once the order has been cancelled re-order via frontier store but youll then need to make sure the purchase goes against the correct account
