Horizons Ruthless Mission bug?

I assumed the passenger mission, flew to Sagittarius A over a period of 20 hours.
Scan normally, the mission has been completed temporarily and then suddenly the passenger began to be referred to as "white docking to the station within 15 minutes".
Since it is impossible, it all my tremendous effort was made to naught.
During the initial scan, the grace of the mission was still there 2W5D.
It suddenly became 15 minutes.
This is a bug?

Oh...this is not bug?

It kind of specifications are to understand, the mission is to change I also like me.
But, it does not go very convinced vary suddenly to unreasonable contents of the absolutely impossible.
To take one way for 20 hours(25000LY), come back in 15 minutes's too unreasonable.

Its up there with a station turning a Beluga cruise liner with 35 innocent people, including CMDR and fighter pilot, into space dust within 2 seconds because one person on board is wanted. But I found out that this isn't a bug! Yep, its SSOO realistic!! Governments shoot down commercial jet liners all the time because there are felons on board, they just don't report it on the nightly news! [wacky]

I would also avoid the abandonment of passenger missions it creates a bug that reduces the amount of missions you can accept.

with all the stuff about passenger missions going sideways, I am going to stay well away from them. I don't need this headache.
