When using wheel lifts on S.L.V, I am only getting target speed and acceleration options as opposed to lift speed and the lifts are not acting as a block. Is anybody else experiencing this?
My Alpina Bahn-ish design runs 4 trains with maybe one second stacking time. Make sure the exit is on the opposite side of the entrance.I'I threw together my first Alpina-Bahn-ish coaster in hopes to run 5 trains; but with guests it doesn't make sense to run more than 3. Eventually maybe we can get unload stations, that would be great.

It doesn't help that guests do not board until all the previous guests have left the platform and the barrier is closed.
But you should manage a 20 second dispatch interval with the correct entrance/exit set-up with the SLV

That's how my station was set up. I'm thinking if we want our Planet Coaster coaster to run anything like that at a German fair, there would have to be an unload station. I find the unload/load time for coasters in PC is generally good compared to real life, but German fairs are in a league of their own (from what I've heard, I haven't been myself - yet!)
When they operate a coaster like Alpina-Bahn or Olympia Looping at peak times, they have a carny-worker standing next to each car of the train. People get out, the new riders sit down, close their restraints and the carny immediately checks on the four restraints of "his car" and the train is ready to go as soon as the previous train has left the lift. I have set up my Alpina-Bahn this way and it works perfectly fine.
Sure, I would also love to have stations which allow unload and loading at the same time. It´s especially awful on single car coasters.
