Sacrosanct Hackable Data Terminals not functional?

I thought I'd check out the Sacrosanct and gather some intel, but other than the ship log uplink, nothing seems functional.
Both the ship and the hackable data terminals are scanable via Datalink Scanner, but afterwards nothing happens... it just says "Invalid limpet target" or something along these lines (no matter the distance) when targeted with a recon limpet controller.

Is this normal for event ships? Were these terminals accesible in earlier stages of the Sacrosanct's journey? Have they been disabled as a result of Theta Group taking control? Or will the be accessible in later stages of the event chain?

Any insights are appreciated.

Hackable data terminals just give engineering data. You might need to specifically select the limpet subtarget after scanning it to get it to work.
