Saddleback Shell Galapagos Giant Tortoises

Hello all! I like playing Planet Zoo by making my habitats as accurate to the natural habitats that the animal would live in normally. I have been building habitats for Galapagos Giant Tortoises, and I found myself reading the Zoopedia, which discussed domed-shell and saddleback-shell Galapagos Giant Tortoises. The domed-shell tortoises live in the humid highlands, and the saddleback-shell tortoises live in the dry lowlands. Now, Planet Zoo has an extensive genetics function, with differently colourings, sizes, and so on. However, I have been informed that there are no saddleback-shell Galapagos Giant Tortoises able to be acquired, despite being mentioned in the Zoopedia, and despite the fact that one of the genetic descriptions for these tortoises is "domed shell". Are there any plans to add saddleback-shell tortoises, or is this something anyone else has thought about?

I doubt it will be added in the future. Individual variation isnt something thats really done in planet zoo. There is a male, female and juvenile model ofcourse, which usually are different but no variations in tusk size and shape in male elephants for example

Individual variation doesnt really matter, because saddleback-shell tortoises are group of subspecies with completely different morphology. So Frontier would need to add one in DLC for such thing to happen.
Ah! This makes sense, I never considered this. I think it's probably unlikely, but I'd love them to do so!
