Am the proud owner of a new Saitek x52 Pro. Trying to adjust the grip height, the silver thumbscrew has come loose and I can't seem to get it to re-engage. I'm making sure I'm lining up the notches in the joystick with the tabs on the collar on the thumbscrew and that bolt is level with the notches, but I still can't get the screw to engage. Have I broken it? Am I missing some vital technique? Anyone else had/been able to fix this problem? Have attached a photo if it helps.
