Hardware & Technical Saitek - I HATE YOU!

Bought the "Combat Rudder Pedals" --> Brakes working BUT that's all. Pushing the left foot or right foot are nor getting recognized.
So I sent them to Saitek and waited for more than 4 MONTHS for a replacement.
Got the replacement 2 weeks ago.... they seem to work...

until today... the right brake is not recognized anymore. The brake seems to be always at full although it's not getting pushed.

What should I do now?... I'm close to send them a bomb threat.
I cannot believe the poor quality of their products and their service!

By the way, I have also an X52 Pro and a X55... the X52 had a smaller problem which I could fix myself.
The X55 I had to send back because one trigger stopt working after 1 month.

Unbelievable!

I don't know if it's a good advice or not but you can read a bit about how that hardware can be tuned, get soldering iron and fix it yourself. Sure it's a risk but it doesn't sound like you have much to lose at this point anyway.

Yeah, I learned my lesson with Saitek as well. After all the hassle I had with my X55 I knew I didn't want to give them anymore of my money for a set of rudder pedals.

So..... just got the email yesterday, my Crosswinds will ship next week :D :D :D

At least in general you have to pay more for better quality.
Perhaps I will also take the MFG pedals.

By the way... I bought two table mounts for my HOTAS Warthog... from http://www.monstertech.de/
Very stable. They may be expensive but they are fantastic.

The only thing from Saitek that has lasted without problems for me, is my Pro Flight Rudder Pedals.

x52pro: had driver problems and would cause my ships/aircraft to permanently spin - Or it would stop working entirely ingame
x65f: several buttons have died and the ministick is permanently stuck to go left (not physically) unless I zero the throttle. I can't even use Windows without setting up a profile to disable the ministick, otherwise the mouse cursor goes left

So yeah, I'm one of those who won't touch Saitek until I start hearing about significant improvements to their hard- and software.
