A recent update knocked my Saitek Pro Flight Yoke/Throttle quadrant out of commission. After several attempts to reinstall the driver from the System/Device Manager - update driver I resorted to the good 'ol Google search. I ran across this site where a windows10 64bit driver resides as a download.

The name of the driver file is:
Flight_Yoke_System_64_8.0.134.0.exe
I ran the setup and it showed on the progress bar as installing. Then it SEEMED to halt. I went away and made a coffee. When I returned the "NEXT" button was lit up and able to be clicked. A restart proved that my Saitek equipment now works again.
