Hardware & Technical Saitek x52 or x52 pro?

Hopefully picking one of these up soon but I can't see where the extra cash is justified on the pro? Anybody have experience of both care to enlighten me? Leaning towards the regular x52 at the moment.

Pro feels more solid as the construction is a bit nicer. Better material, plus it looks nicer. I've owned both and prefer my Pro.

I actually think the regular model looks better, but that's taste for you. Is there no practical difference between them then? The throttle has detents and the same amount of buttons etc on both models?

Yeah, they're pretty much identical button/layout wise. I have the x52 and love it, but haven't tried the pro.

The pro is made a little better and is higher quality, an example of this - is it has two springs in the centre instead of one for a better return, things like this really.
