Hardware & Technical Saitek x52 Pro Issue

Im hoping someone can help.!

Basically i have just installed my new pc along with windows 7 64. Its all up to date with SP1 and windows update shows no new updates.

I can not for the life of me get the x52pro to work fully..

Basic issues seem to be that when you plug in the x52 it kills teamspeak (latest version and hotkey set to k&m), the internet and if i try shut it down or restart it will just hang on "shutting down"

I have followed quite a lot of guides about how to remove drivers etc. So far i have tried :

Re installing a lot of different drivers from x.30, x.40, x.42, x.53 etc (fully removed drivers after each)
Allowed win 7 to install its own (it fails)
Usb power management thing
Disabled usb3.0
Deleted and Re-installed usb drivers
Made sure i used a usb 2 slot directly to the board
Tried plugging in with and without the stick attached
Gone into device manager and tried to manually install the drivers (hangs for ages then just fail)

The best i can get it to work is by deleting everything and just plugging it in, allowing win7 to try and fail installing the drivers then just play the game, i canf use teamspeak etc.

I thought it might of been the joystick but got a friends and that did exactly the same, his is brand spanking new.

I did notice that when i troubleshoot the win7 update fail info it mentions Issues with PnP, it doesnt say what exactly.

Now, i really like the x52, its perfect for elite and comfy so im very reluctant to change but if i had no choice would it be likely i would get the same issues with a x55/x56 or should i just buy a warthog.

I could install win10 but i would rather not, and im not entirely sure that it would guarentee it working.

Whats everyones thought?
