I would like to suggest a change in salary policy:
1. SLF-NPC-pilots are paid if activated only
2. In case they are not activated they get a certain percentage much lower than initial one.
3. Each increase in NPC pilot rank has an impact on percentage of salary. But there should be a limit (e.g. 15/20%)
And I don't mind the foundation of a pilot's union.
