Hardware & Technical Samsung 970 EVO 1TB nvme m.2 - £175 on Amazon.co.uk until end of Tuesday 20th Nov

However the customer reviews on Amazon seem good.

But such a price difference hides something ?

Amazon do stuff like this sometimes. Maybe they have a lot to of units sell, maybe they think people will buy more things to go with their new storage device or maybe they think they need to sell something high end and mainstream to distract from pseudo branded cheap Chinese plastic things nobody actually needs which are quite often available for less elsewhere or usually cost the same or less than the "amazing Black Friday super sale discount price"

I bought a 1TB SSD for £140 3 years ago during a Black Friday sale which at the time was an amazing price, I wish I'd bought 10 and resold 9 of them. There are hardly ever deals that good but they do happen.

https://www.which.co.uk/news/2018/1...arent-the-cheapest-of-the-year-which-reveals/ We have progressed from hitting each other over the head with sticks to hitting each other over the head with adverts and marketing. I guess at least you can't get splinters from adverts.
