Sandbox Ghostbusters?

Now that I think about it, "News" wasn't the best spot for this question, even if I was replying to a post in that topic.

. . . or by launching the Ghostbusters park in Sandbox mode.

Sorry to necro (and sorry for the pun), but how do you launch the Ghostbusters park in Sandbox mode? I did it years ago (I've got a save of it), but now I don't remember how.

I though it was something simple! Main Menu > Play > Ghostbusters > the Open As button gets you a Who Ya Gonna Call Sandbox - save that, and you can open the Sandbox save in the Scenario Editor.
